One-time setup: each draft opens in whatever you've set as your default mail app in Windows (Settings → Apps → Default apps → pick Outlook, desktop or web). Once that's set, every draft opens straight there pre-filled — then hit Schedule send for the date & time shown.
Claude reads and splits each file fresh — nothing about the format is hardcoded.
After it opens in Outlook, set Schedule send to the date & time above, then come back and hit next.
